Product: HP Envy 5055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got a HP Envy 5055 all in one printer, it has an issue with paper feed, crumples every time. I'm now an expert at removing jams. Been at this pretty much all day, u're my last hope. Really don't want to box it & take back....did I just get a lemon??

These steps might seem redundant, but follow it.  

Report back what happens, and what final step cleared the issue.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..

I did take ur advice, followed the steps, cleaned the rollers, then tried printing.....crumple/fold at top left of page, then 1/2 way down, crumple, wrinkle right lower half. I'll be exchanging this little nightmare tomorrow. I've spent most of my day on this, used 1/2 the black cartridge as well. BUT I do appreciate ur help, thanks so much.
