Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The paper is being fed by the rollers but the top left corner is constantly being  slightly bent, causing a paper jam. If I snip off a small triangle from the corner it will often feed and print but not always.  Lately also the rollers are leaving dirty marks for two or three inches on the back of the paper.

Sounds like dirt buildup on the rollers.

 

Clean rollers with a lint-free cloth dampened with a bit of purified (or distilled) water.

 

Do not use soap, sprays, or other cleaning agents.

 

Next, run standard diagnostics (through the software):
