Hi @navi_panchal,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing a paper jam issue with your HP Smart Tank 675 printer, despite following the steps to clear it. Paper jams can be frustrating, but there are a few additional troubleshooting steps you can take to resolve the issue.

  • Turn Off and Unplug the Printer: Before doing anything else, turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. This is a safety precaution.
  • Access Paper Path: Open all the access doors and covers to get a clear view of the paper path. Sometimes, small bits of torn paper can be difficult to spot, so inspect carefully.
  • Remove Paper Tray: If your printer has a paper tray, remove it to check for any jammed paper. Make sure there are no loose or damaged sheets in the tray.
  • Manually Remove Paper: Gently pull any jammed paper out of the printer. Be sure to pull it in the direction of the paper path to avoid causing further damage.
  • Inspect Rollers: Check the rollers for any obstructions or damage. Dust and debris can accumulate on the rollers and lead to paper jams.
  • Clean Rollers: If you find debris or ink residue on the rollers, clean them using a lint-free cloth and a small amount of water or isopropyl alcohol. Make sure the rollers are completely dry before using the printer again.
  • Reset the Printer: After clearing the jam, power cycle the printer. Turn it off, unplug it, wait for a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Check for Sensor Issues: Inspect the sensors that detect paper presence and movement. Ensure they are clean and not obstructed.
  • Use the Right Paper: Make sure you're using the correct type and size of paper for your printer. Using the wrong paper can lead to jams.
  • Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve hardware-related issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
