Frustrating issue that I blame on poor design choices. When this type of jam happens, the paper is often partially or completely wrapped around the fuser roller and the only solution is to remove the fuser to clear the paper. There are several good videos on YouTube that detail how to remove the fuser. Proceed with caution as you can damage the fuser rollers being to aggressive or using sharp tools to remove the paper. Take pictures before removing things so you have a clear reference of where cables to and which connectors may have no connection. Saves time wondering if you have lost a cable.

My printer of the same model had a jam and I was able to remove it the same as I always have. However, even after doing so, it is still saying that it is jammed. I have done a factory reset, cleaned all of the rollers, and cleared dust from anywhere visible. It is still saying jammed and while I paid a pretty penny when this printer was first released, I also JUST paid $1,100 to refill my toner. Please help me with another idea as I must work from home. Thanks so much! -SMSD

Check closely, fuser wrap is very common where a piece of paper wraps around the fuser. Almost impossible to see without removing the fuser.
