Printer will not print from laptop and work is put into queue. Error message: paper jam. Can scan and print documents on the machine so there is obviously no paper jam.

Update your printer driver from the official site https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

type your pc's model number and fine the driver

well i think you are using a unacceptable paper in your printer and if everything is ok then update your drivers.

The paper I am using in not new and the machine has no problem printing work that is routed through the scanner.

HELP!  I have a I have followed the steps to make sure there is nothing stuck and I have followed the steps to reboot the printer, nothing is working.  I have the correct paper, what else can I do?
