I have an HP Photosmart all-in-one C5280 printer. I keep getting an error message when there is no paper jam. There never was a paper jam. I've taken off the back panel and there is no paper jammed in the printer. I've taken out the ink cartridges and re-installed them. None of these actions have worked and I"m' still getting a paper jam error message. I downloaded and re-installed the driver. Please help!

If you have done all the steps mentioned in this HP document :- Click here
And if the issue still persists, this could be a hardware issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
