Paper jam in HP officeJet 7612

Hello everybody.
My girfriend had an idea to print on white stickers in order to create labels on spice, which works nicely untill paper gets stuck. I have tried to exstract paper from printer but it came out torn. i have tried to open up printer and have managed to extract some tiny stickers from it but it is tedious task as these stickers stick. Since then, i can't print and printer is unable to accepr paper.I have already extracted some of them but i need get out more. I most likely know where theese stickers are. (see files, they are behind tiny white rollers). I need some guildlines how to disassable or open printer without damaging it.  Could anyoune help me plese?

Hi,

unfortunately it is not a slotution. I have already tried that. When open from back, the printer is completly clean. I doubt that paper even makes it that far.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
2. Select the country.
3. Enter the serial of your device.
4. Select the country from the drop-down.
5. Click on "Show Options".
6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
