- HP OfficeJet Pro Printer 6968 - Paper Jam message for paper tray holder but there is no paper jam located. Message keeps popping up and the printer and is also providing a Printer Failure message/code 0x6100004a. I also cannot remove the printer cartridges now as the printer head will not move to the center to allow me to remove the cartridges. Can anyone help?

I understand you are getting an error message on your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the documents below and still having issues,
We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
