Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi.

 

Printer jam in the back of the printer. Opened the back door, released the transfer roller, located stuck paper, pulled it and it ripped! Now can't get enough of a hold on the remaining paper to pull it out.

 

Any suggestions, please?

Remove toners, waste toner container and drum to access the jammed paper from inside of the printer.

Thank you! Once I knew to search for instructions for "remove waste toner container" and "remove drum", I was able to do so and get to the stuck paper. Thanks for your help! All's good now.
