During printing I could print 14 pages and suddenly the last one jammed up.
I cleared the paper from the printer, but now every next print jams up exactly the same.
I don't see how I can 'open' more printer parts and as far as I can tell there is no more paper stuck.
I have also tried removing the printerhead, but the jam continues.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Saskia

Dear David
Thank you for your elaborate reply!
First I will answer your questions:
- Was there a power outage or surge before the first paper jam? NO
- Is it getting jammed while printing from flatbed or ADF? BOTH (actually I have tried both printing from my laptop and copying from both the flatbed and the ADF.
Next, I tried to clean the rollers inside the ink cartridge access area, as in the steps you have sent me.
At first the paper jammed up again, strangely enough at the rearside of the printer (which it hadn't done before).
After solving the jam, I tried again. The paper got jammed inside, but 'less than before'.
And then I decided to try once more, and ... it worked.
No idea what happened exactly, and I sure hope it will not return.
Thank you so much for your assistance!
Sincerely
Saskia
