Paper mismatch using print shop 23.1

I get a paper mismatch error when printing envelopes using print shop 23.1.

nothing I do seems to fix the issue. I reset the printer, updated drivers and firmware and changed paper settings in print shop and the printer. any suggestions?

I understand you are receiving a paper mismatch error 

To assist better-

1) Are you able to make copies using the printer? 

2) Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 

3) What is the size of the envelope you are trying to print?
