Every single day my printer continues to print a specific online order I placed in January. I have tried everything I could think of to resolve this issue. There's no print job in the print queue. I've uninstalled and reinstalled my printer, updated my browser, restarted, etc. Please help me!

Please download the latest firmware and update your printer by executing the firmware executable file.
You may obtain the firmware from the following HP link.
https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-officejet-pro-8020-all-in-one-printer-series/model/25479570
