Can anyone help with the part number or name of the part circled? It flips over for when you print multiple sheets and my toddler ripped it off. It is just a small piece of plastic with a plastic teet on each side to hold it in and allow it to flip over when needed.

Hi @brad8598,
Welcome to the HP support community.
Thank you for providing the image. Based on the red-circled part in your photo, it appears you're referring to the output bin extension flap. For the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw, the output bin extension flap is part of the output bin assembly. Unfortunately, HP does not always list this flap as a separate, individually replaceable part. Instead, it is often included as part of a larger assembly.
Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number in a private message for further assistance.
