Hello, I have a Deskjet 3630 and it's not printing out documents properly. It's missing whole lines of text, and fading in places. I've tried all the suggestions HP have come up with, including deep cleaning, re-aligning etc, have replaced the cartridges and also reinstalled the printer, but nothing is working. I'd be grateful for any suggestions, thanks.
