Product: imprimante HP photosmart 7660

Bonjour,

Imprimante: HP Photosmart 7660

 

J'ai une seule cartouche couleurs (HP 57 Tricolor)  et j'arrivais à imprimer en noir et en couleurs.

Depuis quelque temps , j'ai un pb d'impression , mon imprimante  imprime uniquement en vert. 

 

Lorsque je fais "test des couleurs" , j'ai bien les bandes jaunes et bleu mais il manque la bande cyan.

sinon l'impression est correcte.

(j'ai même essayé de sélectionner uniquement le mode noir et blanc ) mais j'ai toujours le même pb....

Auriez-vous une idée?

Ps: j'ai fait un nettoyage des têtes , ....
