Good afternoon, I am the owner of the HP LaserJet M1522n printer. When you turn on the printer on the network, it boots up and starts working properly, but with a little downtime, Hewlett-Packard starts writing to the panel with double arrows to the right, as if loading. And so he does until he is disconnected from the network and turned back on. And so on over and over again . Tell me what to do to make it work and not show eternal loading on the panel! I also tried to reinstall the software, drivers, did a reset while it was working at first, before the eternal download, changed the cartridge, the chip.

Hi @Павел8
If your HP LaserJet M1522n is stuck in a perpetual loading state, here are some steps to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. Check Network Connection
- Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the network. If using Ethernet, try a different cable or port on your router. If using Wi-Fi, ensure the printer is connected to the correct network.
2. Power Cycle the Printer
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on. This can help reset any temporary issues.
3. Update Firmware
- Check for firmware updates on the HP support website. Installing the latest firmware can resolve known issues.
4. Reset Network Settings
- If the printer has the option, reset its network settings to factory defaults. This may help clear any network-related problems causing the loading screen.
5. Check for Error Messages
- Look for any error messages on the printer's display. If there are specific error codes, they can provide clues about what’s wrong.
6. Disconnect from Network
- Temporarily disconnect the printer from the network and see if it still goes into loading mode. If it works fine without the network, there may be a network-related issue.
7. Check for Obstructions
- Inspect the printer for any obstructions in the paper path or any components that might be stuck. Clearing any jams can sometimes resolve loading issues.
8. Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Completely uninstall the printer drivers from your computer and reinstall them using the latest version from HP's website.
9. Check Power Supply
- Ensure that the power supply to the printer is stable. Unstable power can cause issues with operation.
