Product: HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-in-One Printer

When starting up the printer it doesn't get past the first dot on the startup screen. I've been through all the similar posts and tried the suggestions. Unplugging it for a period of time, resetting by keeping the power button pressed for 10-15 seconds etc, but the issue persists. Any other suggestions?
