Is there a replacement cartridge for the 99 photo cartridge? It appears that the 99 has been discontinued. Is there another photo cartridge available, or do I have to get a new printer to print photos. The 8150 I'm still using works fine, but I but I need a photo cartridge for it. The 95 tricolor is readily available, but not the 99.

The HP 99 cartridge has been discontinued and there is not a photo cartridge substitute. You can put a HP 94 or HP 96 black cartridge in the empty slot. The black cartridge will not actually be used when you are printing on photo paper, but the results with the HP 95 are actually pretty good. You may see a quality difference if you have the same photo printed with the 94/95 cartridges compared side by side with one printed with the 99/95, but either print by itself will look pretty good.
