My HP 6830 printer appears to have trouble feeding the photo paper. The printing seems to start before the paper is fed through, cutting off the image and leaving a blank space of unprinted photo paper at the bottom of the page. This is occurring using 5x7 and 4x6 HP Premium Photo Paper (80lb Glossy). Printing on normal 8.5x11 paper is causing no issues, and performing Printer Maintenance (Clean Printhead, Align Printhead and Clean Page Smears) is not correcting the problem. The most current updates have been performed on the printer and my PC driver updates (Hewlett-Packard - Enterprise WSD Multi-Function Printer, Other hardware - Null Print - HP Officejet Pro 6830).
I've checked my printer preferences on my Windows printing settings before printing each photo, as well as checking the printer device settings using the control panel to have the proper paper size and quality selected before printing. However, each time the image is not printed fully - the print will start at the top edge of the photo paper, but will cut off a portion of the image, and leave a few inches of white space towards the bottom edge of the photo paper.

Thank you for your reply, and providing the printer specifications for the Officejet 6830. I searched everywhere for this before purchasing, but couldn't find anything on the https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-6830-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5390307/ webpage.
I've purchased HP Advanced Photo Printer Paper which states a 66lb 250g/m2 weight and am still having the same issue.
Plain paper is not having this issue, only the photo paper of any size or weight as of my current attempts.
