Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a 4x6 photo on a 270GSM photo glossy paper, but the printer is unable to print and throwing up "error".

I tried both wireless and wired mode, no improvement was observed.

Could someone please help me out?

Thank you

"410" search comes back with more than one result -- not enough information to identify the product.

If your printer paper weight 270 gsm , the issue is perhaps

  • Settings in the job configuration,
  • The printer is not aware of the paper size / type loaded in the tray for the current job,
  • Something else about the paper that the printer finds unacceptable (curled, damp, too dry).

First >> Figure out which printer model you have and whether the paper size, type, and weight is supported.

Open the Homepage for the printer > open Category Product Information

Select topic Specifications

If the document for your printer is listed,

Open the specifications document and check section Paper Handling

If you need more help,

Please provide more information.

For example,

  • The exact name / model name of the printer
  • The name of the application / software you are using to view and submit the print job
  • Whether you have ever printed photos using the printer
  • Whether you have installed the full driver printer software
  • The type of error -- conflict?  paper size?  on the printer?  In the job submission??
