Every time I try to print something, I get “the photo tray is blocked. Please adjust the tray and try again.”

 

I have followed trouble shooting steps found on this website and the error persists even when the output tray is removed. There appears to be nothing wrong with the photo tray. It was working fine before, but now I suddenly cannot print anything! I’ve tried turning it off, etc.
