Printer no longer prints full photographs. Prints only a very small segment of the entire photo, regardless of the photo paper size. Remainder of the photo paper is blank.

Check Application Settings
- Check settings and ensure the entire photo is set to print.
- Confirm that the aspect ratio and scale of the photo match the paper size.

Hi Kuroi:
Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I already tried all of your suggestions. Everything (as far as I know) is up to date. Nothing works.
I even tried directly connecting a thumb drive to the printer thinking if I bypass my pc, a photo will properly print. No luck. The printer continued to print a small sliver of the picture. It appears that there is something wrong with the printer's internal photo alignment software. (The printer otherwise works fine.)
Can you think of anything else?

Hi @Ed19521,
Thank you for the response.
If the issue still persists, refer to the steps on this link to restore factory defaults.
Note: This will erase all the custom settings set in the printer
I hope this helps.
