I'm trying to print some pictures on 5x7 photo paper. The only issue is that it will not let me print borderless and when it is printing, it's printing crooked (see pictures). I'm not sure how to change this, I've tried changing the "fit" and it's not working. Any way to fix this? Thanks!

There are likely several things going on here.
First,
The printer does not support Borderless.
Next,
The printer requires a larger margin along the bottom edge.
Print Margin Bottom (A4) | 12.7 mm |
Print Margin Left (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Right (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Top (A4) | 3 mm |
There are no "workarounds" to get past these limitations.
Next,
The printer perhaps does not recognize 5x7 inch paper as a supported size.
If you were using Windows, the printer supports "Custom Paper Size" forms - but you do have to create the form to use this size.
Next,
The printer might not be aware that you have loaded the 5x7 inch photo paper into the printer.
Load / Reload the paper into the printer according to the instructions in the User Guide (Starting on Page 12)
Alert the printer to the change of the paper size / type. (Page 16)
If the paper size is not listed, look for and (if found) select size "Custom"
Example - Retain / Modify (Edit) / Check Paper Size & Type - Tray and Paper Management
Note the reminder that when using a Mobile device and application, the paper size / type must be adjusted before the item to be printed is opened.

Next,
The HP Smart Mobile application should print the content corrected on supported photo paper at a supported size with an even white border around the edge.
That said, the paper might not be compatible for some reason - that is, the paper might be sliding one way or the other, the printer might be "catching" on the paper for some reason. Known solutions here: An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper
What else?
The following might at least work for iPadOS...
If nothing else works to straight the photo,
Try / Consider
HP Smart > Print Photos > open photo > Edit > Crop
Crop the photo into a standard shape
OR
Slide the bar to change the angle at 1 degree increments
