I changed the black ink cartridge in my HP Photosmart 6520 Printer CX017A and the first printed page after the new cartridge came out perfect. When I went to go print a few days later, the pages came out completely blank. I've tried printing test pages and those also came out completely blank. This issue came on randomly and I have full ink cartridges (HP official). I tried cleaning the printhead manually with paper towel, little bit of alcohol, q-tips, little bit of water, etc. I have tried the printer printhead cleaner tool, but still no luck. I have restored my printer to factory defaults, as well as, unplugged it, reset it, etc. I've tried printing from several devices, but still no luck. I've tried downloading HP drivers for any updates, etc. but nothing. All test pages are still coming out completely blank, almost as if the printer thinks/sounds like it's printing, but no ink to be found on the pages. I have done everything I've seen on the HP community page and anything posted on google - as you can see I'm desperate. If you have any knowledge on how to make this printer work again, I'd appreciate it! I've never had issues with it in the past.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
I understand the printer is printing blank pages. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.
