The Display says that there's a "Printer Failure" and if a power on/off doesn't fix it, to contact HP.

 

I tried a hard reset, and the normal display came back for a few minutes, before returning to the error screen. Subsequent hard resets did nothing.

 

I can't try cleaning the ink cartridges and bucket; I can't get passed the error screen to get the settings to move out the ink bucket.

 

Any suggestions? Thanks.

I just blew through all the ink cartridge vents and made sure the bucket was clean.

 

I still got the error, so I did another hard reset, but the error remains.

I can't install the Firmware because the "device is in error state and cannot be reflashed."
