Product: 7510

My Photosmart 7510 does not pickup and feed paper but makes grind sound.  What solutions are there for this issue?

@AHamilton, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I see that the printer does not feed the paper, this could be an issue with the printer rollers or the tray. I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper to resolve the issue.

 

Additionally, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
