My printer was working fine but the black ink was running low. When I replaced it I received the error message "The printhead installed is not intended for use in this printer or is damaged. Refer to printer documentation." I have turned the printer off and on, run the HP Print and Scan doctor, cleaned the contacts and printheads, and replaced all cartridges with new ones. I don't know what to do from here. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
