@diaro56

What printer do you have?

Just had contact with HP again, they seem to be unable to solve this problem, i tried (together with HP) everything including an OOBE (Out of the box expierence) reset too.

But nothing works.

Just got the conformation mail that my printer will be replaced with a new one.

Hope it will help you guys too, what a great service from HP :smileytongue:.

Hey guys,

I tried to recreate the issue above to find a solution for you guys.  I am posting the steps below that worked for me and one other user.  Please post and let me know if it fixes it.  Thanks!

1.  Select the wireless icon on the front panel of printer to access wireless menu.

2.  Select settings.

3. Scroll to the bottom and select restore network defaults.

4. Select ok.

Keep in mind after completing steps that you will have to place printer back on network.

:LaughingTears: BINGO :OpenSmile:

Indeed that is the resolution, however it is strange that this information is still there after a OOBE reset.

But i'am glad for everyone who has the same problem.

I will inform the tech guys in The Netherlands that this is the resolution.

Thanks for your help garytech1
