Can you give us some more information?  Is your printer connected to your network or are you connected through USB?  What OS are you running?  Also, check the date your printer thinks it is.  We've seen that an incorrectly set date on the printer can prevent web services from connecting.

I woke up this morning to this very same problem.  I've had the printer for nearly two years with never a problem and then voila' "unable to connect to web services."  Can someone explain what is up here and how to resolve?  I have followed every suggestion posted on this topic so far, none of which have worked...yes Web Services is enabled.

this is such a nuisance, working fine for a few years and now the Web Services does not work. "Server Connection Error Unable to connect to Web Services. Confirm internet access and try again or enter a proxy address"

I posted to this forum several weeks ago and HP did resolve after I went thru a few HOURS of troubleshooting suggestions and it worked for a day or two then the Web Services dumped again.

Too much time has been spent on my end trying to resolve once again - Tomorrow I am going to remove this printer and do a reinstall to see it that works. Will let you know if this is a possible solution.
