HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have had a Photosmart 7525 printer for years and it has always printed wonderfully. Last week, I needed to print some documents. Midway through the printing, the output quality deteriorated. Despite the ink cartridges reporting that they were at least half full, I replaced them all and repeated my printing. Everything printed fine.

I turned the printer off after all printing was completed. The next day, I turned the printer back on and was greeted with the error message in the subject of this message.

I researched online about this error message and found a possible solution on your website. I read and followed the instructions at the link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/quot-The-printhead-appears-... as this seemed to be my exact problem.

Unfortunately, this did not solve my problem. Every time I turn the printer on, I see the same error message.

Can you please assist with resolving this problem. At this point, I am more than willing to replace the printhead, if necessary.
