Basically says it all. Bought a $75 pack of cartridges and one of them is telling me it's empty. Doesn't feel any heavier than the empty one. Store won't accept return as it's open.

 

I've been trying to go through the website and virtual agent to talk to an actual CSR to no avail. What do I do?

I recommend you follow the below steps to reach the support team.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

 

NOTE: In case if you still facing issues reaching the support team, send me a private message with you region (Location) and I will share the number to reach the support team.
