I'm getting a false paper jam on my printer and have gone through the various fixes listed on the HP form without any success. Does anybody have any ideas?

If you have followed all the steps from the document A 'Paper jam' Message Displays for HP Photosmart Premium All-in-One Printer Series (C309) and still have issues, it could be a hardware issue.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
