Microsoft Windows 8 (32-bit)

Seemed to start after ATT came to the house to tune up our internet service by adjusting wi-fi channels.  They of course deny they had anything to do with the printer.

Printer won't print.  jobs stacking up in the print que.  I ran the "wireless network test report" and I got a "fail" on Network name SSID not found.  I have no idea what that means.

Help!  I went to Best Buy and they said they dont even bother to work on printers or even troubleshoot them.  Buy a new printer is there advice

Fail.  Means you are not connected to your routers SSID with password.   IF they changed the channel change it back and use channel 1.   Reset your printer back to Network Defaults via the front panel.

To restore network defaults
1. Press the Wireless button on the product.
2. Press the button next to the down arrow on the display until Restore Network
Defaults is highlighted, and then press OK.
3. Confirm that you want to restore the network defaults.

Now reconnect your printer to your Network using your Printer USB cable and running the setup CD again.  If no CD, download from the HP web site here.

Thanks for the prompt reply.  I had gone in and restored the default network settings but that did not work.  I will try to use USB cable and download driver.  Actually I am going to make AT&T do all that since they screwed it up!
