Product: HP Photosmart C4640 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

 

My pc on windows 11 can't find my Photosmart C4640. We tried on the HP app, in the control panel. It is just not there like if someone has deleted it. Drivers seems find. We tried unplugging the USB, we tried changing the usb port, restarting the PC and everything but nothing works.

 

Any suggestion? Thanks

I see that you are facing driver issues with your HP Photosmart C4640 All-in-One Printer.

 

Please follow the steps listed in this weblink to install the windows built-in drivers.
