Product: HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One Printer B210a

I've tried HP's reset of the printer, numerous times and tried all the other HP reset suggestions but I still get the same thing:

'Ink System Failure 0xc19a0003'

I have brand new $70 per ink cartridges in the printer. I've tried to clean the printer heads but it says:

"An error has occurred. (devInfoPage-503)"

Please let me know what else I can do to get this fixed.

If you've tried all the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-photosmart-plus-e-all-in-one-printer-series-b210/4021933/mod...I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
