Hello. I recently updated my 10+ year old Dell laptop to a new model. Since then, I have challenges printing pictures on my HP Photo Envy 7155 that I did not have before. Specifically, the picture does not print full page on my HP photo paper. I have tried 4x6 and 5x7 sizes. I select the picture on the computer to be printed full page and then print, the picture always comes out with an incomplete full page. There is always a large white area either on the top, portrait, or right side (landscape) that reduces the size of the picture but the picture is whole, just smaller, and I have a large white area. It's not an issue of "shrink to fit" because I leave it unchecked and the image is still does not print to the edge. Any suggestions on how to get full page printed pictures back?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to print borderless pictures, I am glad to assist you.
From which application are you trying to print pictures?
Did you try to print from a different application and check if that prints fine?
Meanwhile:-
This seems to be a driver issue, uninstall and reinstall the printer driver to fix the issue.
Perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.
- In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
- Select your HP printer.
- Select Uninstall.
- In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
- In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
- Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
- Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
- Click on Drivers tab.
- Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click Remove at the bottom.
- Select OK.
- Remove all instances of the same.
- Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
- Close Devices and Printers.
- Restart the PC again.
Download and install the printer using the HP Smart app
