Hi, I would want to print on Tyvek Materials and would like to know the models of Inket Printers which uses Pigment Based Ink for all the colors (CMYK). Thanks.

The link above gives a listing of HP Inkjet printers.  For most of these (any of the Deskjet and Envy models, and some Officejet models) the color is dye based and the black is pigmented.  

 

I do not know of a complete list of printers that use pigmented inks, but the following do use pigmented inks for both black and color:
