HP ENVY 5032 All-in-One Printer

I have replaced both ink cartridges and now the print quality is awful/most of it missing.

 

I have run diagnostics and the cleaning process three times with no improvement.

 

The scanner cannot even pick up the test print because it is so light.

Update the Firmware by selecting the current OS. Click here

 

If that does not help, and if you have performed all the steps from this document, either the cartridge is faulty or the printer needs to be checked.
