Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP4630 All-in-one printer. My wife cancelled a job she had sent to the printer for homeschooling 3 months ago (due to the amount of ink it was going to take to finish the print). This afternoon without being prompted it started the print job over.  No job in Print Queue. Hit cancel on printer it stops. She walks away, and it starts printing again. Device Drivers were updated less than 2 months ago. Printer has since been unplugged. Trying to get customer service involved because I believe I need a Priest or a new Printer due to the 'Uniqueness' of the issue.

Likely there is a job stuck in the spooler that is not showing in the queue. Here is one article on how to fix it, https://www.windowscentral.com/how-remove-stuck-print-job-windows-10
