HP Recommended

Please help - I only print one paper today and the power button keeps blinking with no error number. Its says on your website that the printer is too hot and it would take 3 - 15mins - My printer is not hot and its been blinking for over 3 hours now. I just bought this printer 2 days ago and it already gives me problems and its my first hp product.
