Product: HP Envy 4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy 4500 printer.  Power button is inop.   So is the menu select function arrows and all user interface.  However, the power cord in/out turns printer on/off, and when on, the printer still scans via software on my computer, and same with print function.

This is a hardware issue with the printer.
