Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9016 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this printer off my roommate after she refused to try and get it fixed after a power cut left it unoperational. there's something inside it that's supposed to move apparently that no longer does.
Not sure if a simple hard reset will fix it but i'm coming in cold with 0 printer experience
