@Eror, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.
I understand your HP printer’s power light keeps blinking continuously when you connect it to power, and pressing the power button doesn’t change anything. This usually indicates a firmware or hardware initialization issue. Let’s try the following steps to resolve it:
Perform a Power Reset
This helps clear any temporary hardware faults.
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Press and hold the Power button on the printer for 15 seconds (while unplugged).
- Reconnect the power cord directly to a wall outlet (avoid surge protectors).
- Try turning the printer on again.
Check for Power Supply Issues
- Ensure the power cable and adapter (if any) are genuine HP parts.
- Try a different wall outlet to rule out electrical issues.
Check for Error Codes or Light Patterns
If the power light is blinking in a specific pattern (e.g., 3 blinks, pause, repeat), refer to: HP DeskJet 2700, 4100, 4800 printers - Blinking lights and error codes | HP® Support
