I updated High Sierra software on my MacBookPro and lost all my Hp utilities. Response tag I get is that PowerPC applications are no longer supported. What does this mean? Can I fix it or do I have to purchase a new printer. It is getting old but was working great until I did the update.

@2RevP, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Have you tried printing from your MAC and check if that works?
How is the printer connected to the MAC?
You don't have to purchase a new printer unless the printer hardware has gone bad.
HP Utility can be downloaded from here.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
