In trying to print slides from both Powerpoint or Google Slides,  only about 2/3 of the slide will print.  It starts printing right on the raw edge of the forward feed edge.  It randomly cuts off the first third to 2/3 of the slide- each page is different.  I have tried changing slide size, paper size etc.  I have also tried printing two slides on a page and that doesn't work either. The printer otherwise prints fine - the problem only exists when I am printing slides.  It happens whether I am printing from my MacBook Pro or my iMac (OS X Yosemite). Taking a screenshot of the slide and then printing will sometimes work, but is tedious.  I am printing onto a lightweight cardstock and the printer is set to that paper type.                                                                                                                    IMG_5904.jpg

@Coffeekt,

Welcome to the HP Forums!

Thank you for posting your query on this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues printing PowerPoint and Google slides documents.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details.

  • When was the last time the printer was working fine?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?

Meanwhile, I recommend remove the printer from the queue and add it as an AirPrint printer and check. Refer to the below link for detailed steps.
