Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I bought HP Premium presentation paper but all the paper is  curve.  I use big books to try to flat the paper but that did not work. Here the product no: Product no:Q5449A Bar code No: 808736624022 Another bar code no: S-Q5449-00006-2
