Hi @samdriscoll,

Thank you for replying,

I'm glad to hear you have enrolled your printer to our HP Instant ink program which begins on 16th January 2018. However, you are having concern regarding the pre-paid key.

You can still go ahead and add a pre-paid balance by logging into your account. This information is available under billing in your HP Instant ink Account page.

I hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need any further assistance. I'll be more than happy to help.

Hello, @samdriscoll – Hope you are well 🙂

Thanks for reaching out! I’m here to help!

I understand that you are looking to find the enrollment key while setting up the HP Instant ink account.

If you have purchased an enrollment kit or a prepaid card from a participating retailer, you should get a enrollment or prepaid card. The enrolment key is found under the scratch-off portion of the enrollment or prepaid card.

If you have not purchased an enrollment kit, select from the available plans.

Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!

Good luck 🙂

My original question was - how do I find the enrollment key to add money to my hp instant ink account ?

I recevied a very good answer - 'If you have purchased an enrollment kit or a prepaid card from a participating retailer, you should get a enrollment or prepaid card. The enrolment key is found under the scratch-off portion of the enrollment or prepaid card'

Now I have enrolled in the instant ink account which is to begin the 16th of January 2018 but as of right now I don't believe I have an erollment kit so that I can scratch off an Prepaid Key.

Once again I need help - thank you
