So I'm setting up dad's printer. Now I'm stuck.
I' has had it for around a year, but couldn't figure out how to connect to wifi. I've cleaned the inside with a microfiber cloth, the ink cartridges came out of the box. I'm really not sure what I'm doing wrong. The printer hasn't been used so it can't be stuck.

Looks like the printer has a paper jam inside and you need to clean.
