Printer was working fine until I changed the ink yesterday. Now I keep getting an error message, "The print carriage cannot move. Open the cartridge access door, clear any paper jam or obstruction, and select 'OK'." There is nothing blocking it. I unplugged the printer overnight and was able to make a copy this morning without issue. I was also able to print off a few documents this morning without issue. Then I couldn't print anymore and keep getting the error message again. I homeschool and need to print off schoolwork and cannot now. It's super frustrating.
