Hello Pam, I noticed your post on the issue you are having with your Photosmart C6180 giving you an error code.
I have found this document for you to try troubleshooting through this issue.
An Alphanumeric Code (Example: '0x......' or 'C2......')

Hi Boilerboy1,
I would like to be able to assist you with the error message that you are getting, but first I would need to know the full model number of your printer. I have included the following document 'Guide to finding your product number'.

Having the same thing happen. I have done what you have suggestion to fix the probelm and no go. Do you think it would help to get new ink cartridges? I don't want to buy new ones and stil have a printer tha won't work.
